Offered on Thursdays only. This class focuses on strength and conditioning to enhance fitness, sports activities and overall well-being. This class is challenging at all levels while options are provided to deal with chronic or current injuries. Participants must be able to get up and down off the floor without limitations of working on the core muscles (abdomen & spine).
