ReneeYoga LLC respects your privacy. This policy explains what information I collect through reneeyoga.com, my classes, and my products, and how I use it.

Information I collect

  • Information you give me: your name, email address, phone number, mailing or shipping address, and anything you share in a contact form, class sign-up, intake form, or email.

  • Purchase information: what you bought and when. Card and bank details are entered directly with my payment processors (Squarespace and Stripe) and are never stored by me.

  • Website information: basic usage data such as pages visited, browser type, and approximate location, collected through cookies by my website platform, Squarespace.

How I use it

  • To schedule and deliver classes, sessions, courses, and products you purchase

  • To process payments, refunds, and invoices

  • To answer your questions and send booking confirmations and receipts

  • To send news, class schedules, specials, and events, only if you sign up. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.

  • To understand how my website is used so I can improve it

Who I share it with

I do not sell or rent your personal information. I share it only with the service providers that help me run my business, such as Squarespace (website and store), Stripe (payments), QuickBooks/Intuit (invoicing and bookkeeping), and my email provider. These providers may use it only to provide their services. I may also disclose information if required by law.

Health information

If you share health details with me for a class or private session, I use them only to keep your practice safe and appropriate. I keep them confidential and never use them for marketing.

Cookies

Squarespace uses cookies to keep the site and cart working and to measure site traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work without them.

Your choices

  • Unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any email.

  • Ask me to see, correct, or delete the personal information I hold about you by emailing renee@reneeyoga.com. I may keep records I'm required to keep for tax or legal reasons.

Children

My website is not directed to children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect their information. Classes for minors require a parent or guardian's consent.

Security

I use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No online system is completely secure, so I cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes

I may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it last changed.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective October 2026

I want every purchase from ReneeYoga to feel good. Here is how cancellations and refunds work for each kind of purchase.

Classes and private sessions

  • Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your class or session for a full credit toward a future booking.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, and no-shows, are not refunded or credited.

  • If I cancel a class or session, you may choose a full refund or a credit.

Class packages and memberships

  • Class packages and memberships are non-refundable and expire 12 months after purchase.

  • Packages may be transferred to a friend or family member with notice to me.

  • Memberships can be cancelled at any time before the next billing date; cancellation stops future charges.

Digital products

Guides, meditations, recordings, and other downloadable or streaming products are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed. If a file won't open or a link doesn't work, email me and I'll fix it or replace it.

Online courses

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have completed less than 25% of the course. After 14 days, or after 25% of the course is completed, course purchases are final.

Workshops, trainings, and events

Refund terms for workshops, trainings, and retreats are listed on each event's registration page.

Studio equipment and physical items

Pre-owned studio equipment is sold as-is, and all sales are final. Items may be picked up locally in Dade City, Florida. Items that must ship, including Yoga Wall panels, are palletized and shipped freight at the buyer's cost. Please inspect items at pickup or delivery and contact me within 48 hours if anything arrives damaged in transit.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Payment processing fees may not be refundable.
