Indulge in the pinnacle of wellness with our exquisite yoga and Pilates sessions, meticulously crafted to enhance both body and mind. Each class is a sanctuary of fun and laughter, so we do not take ourselves to seriously, while guiding you toward a harmonious balance of strength, mobility, and elegance.
Classes are held Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 7:15 am, in Citrus West, lasting for one hour—the perfect energizing start to your day. Whether you’re deepening your practice or just beginning, our bespoke approach ensures a welcoming, supportive environment.
What to bring:
Your personal yoga mat
One 8 ft yoga strap or scarf
Water with a secure cap
Yoga block at least 4 inches wide, cork is fav, foam ok
We typically work barefoot to encourage grounding and stability, but if you feel more comfortable in your non‑slip sockettes, you’re welcome to wear them. Please choose comfortable clothing without zippers to allow for unrestricted movement and preserve the flow of the session. All cell phones are silenced unless you are a first responder on call during class.
I provide bolsters, therapeutic stretch bands and yamuna balls.
