I want every purchase from ReneeYoga to feel good. Here is how cancellations and refunds work for each kind of purchase.

Classes and private sessions

• Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your class or session for a full credit toward a future booking.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, and no-shows, are not refunded or credited.

• If I cancel a class or session, you may choose a full refund or a credit.

Class packages and memberships

• Class packages and memberships are non-refundable and expire 12 months after purchase.

• Packages may be transferred to a friend or family member with notice to me.

• Memberships can be cancelled at any time before the next billing date; cancellation stops future charges.

Digital products

Guides, meditations, recordings, and other downloadable or streaming products are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed. If a file won't open or a link doesn't work, email me and I'll fix it or replace it.

Online courses

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have completed less than 25% of the course. After 14 days, or after 25% of the course is completed, course purchases are final.

Workshops, trainings, and events

Refund terms for workshops, trainings, and retreats are listed on each event's registration page.

Studio equipment and physical items

Pre-owned studio equipment is sold as-is, and all sales are final. Items may be picked up locally in Dade City, Florida. Items that must ship, including Yoga Wall panels, are palletized and shipped freight at the buyer's cost. Please inspect items at pickup or delivery and contact me within 48 hours if anything arrives damaged in transit.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Payment processing fees may not be refundable.
